Happy Mani Monday everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend!

I have to admit, that I might be the only Canadian who doesn't own anything plaid, because it just doesn't suit me; but, I can appreciate the pattern to look at. I have never done plaid on my nails before; but, I think it looks so nice on everyone else, so I finally did it and I love how they turned out!
I went with a purple print, for a nice cool Winter look, but not full on Christmas quite yet! The CBBxManiMonday group is doing "Whatever November" so we are just winging all month with no theme and I've been having fun just going with whatever pops up in my mind that week!
- OPI Infinite Shine Primer
- Sephora Collection Color Hit Mini Nail Polish in Lilac Fantasy
- OPI Hello Kitty Hello Pretty polish
- ORLY Instant Artist polish in Jet Black
- ORLY Instant Artist in Crisp White
- Moyra Top Coat for Nail Stamping
I also used a nail art brush for the dark purple polish as I don't have a purple nail art polish!
For this manicure, I started with a base polish and two coats of light purple polish. Then using the white polish I created a wide white stripe going vertical on my nails, then I also painted the same size white stripe horizontal across my nails. Then with the black nail art polish, I painted a black stripe on both sides of each white section, and a black stripe down the middle as well. Then, using the dark purple polish and a nail art brush, I created a single stripe horizontally and vertical on my nails. (I feel like I made that sounds more confusing than it is!) And, I finished with a nail art polish!
I'm really happy with how these turned out! As always, make sure you check out Cosmetic Proof and Prairie Beauty Love to see their nails - who knows what they will do this week!
