Hello all,
I bought some masks from Etude House’s 0.2mm Air Therapy range. Today, I will be reviewing the “Hyaluronic Acid” variant. Read on to know how it fared for me.
Price: $1.30 per mask
Product Description:
My Experience with Etude House 0.2 Therapy Air Mask Hyaluronic Acid:
Etude House 0.2mm Air Therapy Sheet Mask comes in a cute blue coloured packaging. The name of the mask is written in bold font in the front. Other details on how to use the mask are written at the back. The packaging is super sleek. The sheet mask is easy to travel with and also very convenient to use.
Hyaluronic Acid is used in various skincare products because of its ability to retain the moisture. The more your skin retains moisture, the more youthful it looks. This sheet mask does provide the skin with enough nourishment and moisture. Usually, you would have to use several of these masks to notice how your skin reacts to them. But, using this mask once will make your skin supple and soft.
This particular range of sheet masks has been named “0.2 mm Air therapy”, and it is the thinnest sheet mask I’ve ever used. Previously, I have used quite a few Korean sheet masks from The Face Shop, Innisfree, Missha, Holika Holika, Skin Food, but none of them was as thin as this one. I sometimes fear that it might tear or rip, but thankfully, it doesn’t. The mask feels like a fermented coconut sheet mask because it is super translucent, and once you put on the mask, it doesn’t look like a sheet mask itself.
It also added lots of moisture back into my skin, like all the other sheet masks do. My skin felt hydrated and looked better. My skin felt soft, supple and smooth. I like the fact about sheet masks that they show instant results though those results cannot be called long lasting. My skin feels nourished and healthy after using this mask. It has a pleasant fragrance that doesn’t linger much.
Although the mask is super thin, it has more than enough serum in it. I like the fact that it’s neither dripping wet nor dry. It has the perfect amount of liquid to it. And, being a super thin mask, I thought this one would dry up quickly, but it doesn’t. It takes about 20 minutes to dry, just like your regular sheet mask. Also, the serum in this range of masks is pretty sticky. It’s not watery thin but is a bit thick and sticky. It’s not too sticky to cause irritation, but as compared to other sheet masks, it is a bit goopy.
